ENERGY SAVING HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEM
For heating and air conditioning, Vivaldi Residences will offer the best balance available in the market between energy efficiency and high-quality heating and cooling solutions. We chose to install a central Air to Air heat pump, enabling efficient heating and cooling within all the apartments depending on the season and the outside temperatures.
It will be completed by electric radiators and water boilers offering fast heating for the running water as well as for the bathroom’s temperature.
Furthermore, some solar panels will be installed on the roof, in order to make the building a low energy and environment friendly housing project, as well as low common cost for the building’s residents.
