The Velence Development Ltd, performing the sales of the Vivaldi Residences, informs the visitors (Hereinafter also referred to as data subjects) of its website (hereinafter referred to as Website) about its practices related to the management and controlling of personal data, its security measures safeguarding the integrity of the data concerned as well as the statutory rights of data subjects.

2. DATA PROCESSOR

Data Processors are natural or legal persons which on the basis of a written agreement with Velence Development Limited process partly or wholly the personal data related to the data subjects on behalf of Velence Development Limited.

While browsing the Vivaldi Residences website, the user’s computer may generate cookies, which will allow the website to identify its users. These cookies are used by Velence Development Limited solely for the purpose of keeping visitor statistics.

Velence Development Ltd. engaged and uses the services of a Data Processor for performing part of its data processing activities. The Data Processors, are not entitled to take any independent decision, they may act solely on the ground of the written agreement concluded with the Data Controllers and in compliance with the instructions received from Data Controller.

3. THE SCOPE OF THE DATA PROCESSED

– text messages sent by the data subject

3.2. The scope of any additional personal data/information provided by the data subjects through subsequent contacts:
– purpose of the purchase
– parameters of the property searched (size, room number, etc.)
– share of planned own contribution
– share of planned loan financing
– Family Housing Allowance informations

4. PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTING

– Making sales offer related to Vivaldi Residences project
– Providing information to the data subject via newsletter, e-mail or telephone regarding the Vivaldi Residences project

5. LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA CONTROLLING

The legal basis for data controlling is the voluntary consent of the visitors.

6. DURATION OF DATA CONTROLLING

Data controlling commences as of the day of the voluntary data disclosure by the visitor be it through text message, phone call or personal interview and lasts until the consent is withdrawn by visitor or until the end of the sales period of the Vivaldi Residences project, but no longer than 3 years starting from the day of the data disclosure. Subject to the explicit consent of the data subject, the duration of the data controlling may be extended in accordance with the purpose of the data processing.

7. WEBSITE OPERATOR

The Website is operated by OVH Ltd and all data is stored on a secure server.

8. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The data subject may at any time request from Velence Development Ltd. information about the personal data controlled by it related to him/her the rectification, the deletion or the restriction of the processing thereof

Data Subject shall have the right to withdraw in writing his/her consent granted to Velence Development Ltd. for the controlling of his/her personal data without prejudice to the lawfulness of the data controlling prior to the withdrawal.  

Velence Development Limited shall comply with the request within the shortest possible deadline, but not more than 15 days from the date of the receipt of the request.

Data subject may contact Velence Development Limited with any questions, comments or complaints regarding the data controlling and processing, by ……………………. email or …………………….

Data subjects may file a petition with the Authority of National Data Protection and Freedom of Information in the event of a complaint related to the processing of their data, or file a lawsuit before the competent court of their place of residence.
